Cabin Leaders

Leading alone or with a co-leader, cabin leaders are responsible for 6 - 8 campers. Cabin Leaders lead by example, caring for, and ensuring the well-being of their campers - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. They are responsible for the primary care of the campers in their cabin; they teach or assist in activity sessions, lead small group Bible studies, and participate in all aspects of camp program. Cabin Leaders must be 18 or older, or must have completed the LIT program.

Activity Leaders

We are also looking for specific Activity Leaders who have a solid working knowledge or certification in a particular activity area, as well as strong leadership ability. Working with the Activity Coordinator, Activity Leaders would be responsible for the care and upkeep of the equipment in the given activity area. We need skilled Activity Leaders in the following areas: sailing, archery, mountain biking, water-skiing/wake boarding, etc. Activity Leaders may also be Cabin Leaders or Program Staff.

Medical Staff - Nurses/Doctors

We require Doctors /Nurses or Medics for the summer. Responsibilities include caring for campers and staff as well as keeping a log of incidents and treatments for each individual at camp and handling medications.

Kitchen Staff

Working with the Head Cook(s) each week, we need a team of food service workers. The kitchen staff work hard to prepare our food. This position involves food preparation, serving meals and clean up.

Dishwashing Staff

Also known as "Dish Pit King" or "Dish Pit Queen", we need energetic individuals who would setup and organize the dining hall for each meal and oversee the campers in the dish pit after each meal. This is a great opportunity to work with the campers.

Workcrew - (The Edge only)

We need volunteers who are willing to do the basic chores at camp. As a team, you maintain camp's cleanliness and assist in setup for program events.
